Features

Everything a chess academy runs on.

Ten connected areas, one login for your team and one for each family. Every feature is on every plan.

Students, batches and team

Students, families, batches, levels and coaches in one list
Import a CSV or Excel sheet with a preview before anything is saved
Archive a student to free the seat and keep the history
Staff and coach logins, with each person’s access switched on or off by you
One family login for brothers and sisters

Attendance and classes

Today’s classes on your phone: everyone starts present, tap to change
Make-up classes that you approve before a student can book one
Class packs for private students that count down and warn at 2 left
Holidays and cancelled classes never count against a student
Attendance shown on progress pages and monthly reports

Fees and receipts

Fee periods with start and end dates and days left at a glance
Automatic reminders: 2 days before, on the day, 2 days after, then weekly
Parents pay your UPI ID or payment link, then tap “I’ve paid”
You confirm with one tap; a numbered receipt goes to the family
We never hold your money

Income, expenses and profit

Fees recorded month by month, on your dashboard
Expenses by category: rent, coach pay, equipment, ads, tournaments
Profit for the month, visible to admins only
A month-end summary emailed to you on the 1st
Enrollment growth across the year

Progress and reports

Monthly assessments across five skills with feedback and a next focus
Weekly and monthly tasks with completion tracking
A learning streak that counts real learning, not logins
