How it works
Synced in the background, never on the spot.
Screens never wait on another website. If a site is slow or a username is wrong, the last good data stays visible with a clear note.
Sync service
A few times a day, we read each linked account’s public stats and recent activity — politely, within each site’s limits.
Stored for your academy
Ratings and activity are saved to your academy’s private data, so screens load instantly.
Shown everywhere
Profiles, rating graphs, streaks, the academy dashboard and monthly reports all use the same data.
We only read public profile data. Students keep full control of their Chess.com and Lichess accounts, and you can unlink a username at any time — its synced history is removed with it.
Built in
Puzzles, tournaments and a ready-made library.
Chess that comes with every academy, so families have something to do between classes.
A daily puzzle at every level
One puzzle a day for each child, at their level, from Lichess’s open puzzle database. Solving it keeps their learning streak going.
Ready on day one
A tournament directory
Upcoming tournaments listed by the ChesSync team, with links to the official organisers. Families see them in their app; add your own club events next to them.
Kept up to date by us
The ChesSync library
Lessons, videos, PDFs and games chosen by our team, sorted by level. Every family sees the ones for their child’s level, and you see who finished each one.
Nothing for you to add
Coming later
FIDE ratings.
Official FIDE ratings for tournament players are on our roadmap. Today, your academy’s tournament directory links to official organisers for every event.
